It was quite a bit more complicated to accomplish than I would have ever thought, but only moments ago I managed to add navigation links to each post page. That is, you can now navigate to, fro, hither, and thither as much as you like and without the previously necessary annoyance of jumping back to the main screen.

The effort that goes into this website… boy, I tell you…

Anyways, that’s about all I have to say at the moment. Today was completely standard and tame and didn’t involve anything of note. Although, since I woke up a little after 1pm – and it’s only 11pm now – my day is still very much in the works. Who knows, maybe something amazing will happen to me today. Though as my plan for the night involves two missed episodes of Rescue Me and a hundred or so pages of Water for Elephants, the odds are dramatically against it.

Don’t worry too much. I’ll be sure to let you know if it does.

Since it appears that I need a little bit more content to avoid screwing up my page layout, and also because it found its way to the forefront of my mind, let me briefly entertain this thought.

Does anyone who reads this website believe that the 9/11 WTC attacks were the result of a government conspiracy of some kind?

Last night at the poker table one of the players managed to bring up the topic of Loose Change and our government’s secret role in planning – or at the very least enabling – the attacks. As expected the table ignited into a hotbed of political discussion, which I completely avoided, and it seemed that at least half of the table believed in a conspiracy of some sort or another. Personally I find the entire idea patently ridiculous. Stupid, corrupt, and evil though the administration may be, I find it impossible to believe in the existence of any form of widespread conspiracy. But, these guys at the table seemed firmly convinced. Although that doesn’t really mean too much. Polls suggest that a significant percentage of Americans still think Iraq was involved in the attacks, so domestic involvement is perhaps not too big of a stretch for them either.

I suppose I may just have to throw these guys into my ever growing collection of people that I will simply never understand.
