Am I crazy for thinking that $200 + installation really isn’t all that unreasonable to spend on this?
Considering that I work out of my apartment and the only real driving I do on a regular basis is the 5 minute hot-route to Green Valley Ranch or Pizza Hut, this doesn’t seem like the world’s greatest investment. I wonder if it would void my car’s warranty, as well. Still, the idea of playing digital music through my car’s stereo gets me all antsy in my pantsy. Right now I use an FM transmitter to do the job. Sure it gets the job done, albeit in only adequate fashion. But browsing through the ipod kit’s reviews, the transmitter just feels like the bulky low-tech trebuchet to the IceLink’s slim and sleek BFG 9000.
